Welcome to TUTEGUY Tutorials. By booking a demo class or enrolling in our tuition services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Services Offered
TUTEGUY Tutorials provides 1-to-1 home tuition services for various subjects and educational boards including CBSE, ICSE, and State boards. We offer personalized academic support, structured lesson planning, and regular assessments to track student progress. We act as a service provider connecting students with verified tutors.
Demo Class Policy
A demo class will be arranged based on tutor availability. The demo session duration will typically be 45 to 60 minutes. If the parent or student is not satisfied, a replacement tutor may be arranged subject to availability. Demo classes are non-transferable.
Fee Structure & Payment Terms
Tuition fees must be paid on a monthly basis in advance. Payments must be made only to the official TUTEGUY Tutorials account or approved payment links. Parents are advised not to make direct payments to tutors. Any payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Late Payment Policy
Tuition fees must be paid on or before the agreed due date. A grace period of 10 days will be provided. If payment is not received within 10 days from the due date, a 5% late fee will be charged on the outstanding amount. If fees remain unpaid beyond 15 days, TUTEGUY Tutorials reserves the right to temporarily suspend or discontinue services until all dues are cleared.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a tutor is finalized and regular classes have commenced, fees paid are non-refundable. In case a tutor discontinues services, we will arrange a replacement tutor within a reasonable timeframe. Any exceptional refund requests will be reviewed by management and decided at our discretion.
Tutor Replacement Policy
Parents may request a tutor change in case of teaching style mismatch, punctuality concerns, or other professional issues. TUTEGUY Tutorials will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement tutor as soon as possible.
Parent Responsibilities
Parents or guardians must provide a safe, respectful, and appropriate learning environment for the tutor. Timely payment of fees and regular student attendance must be ensured. Direct financial dealings with tutors are strictly discouraged.
Code of Conduct
All tutors are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, respectful communication, and academic integrity. Any misconduct should be reported to TUTEGUY Tutorials immediately.
Privacy Policy
All personal information shared by parents and students will be kept confidential and used strictly for educational and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
Modification of Terms
TUTEGUY Tutorials reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
